Can I change my order? 

If your order has shipped, you can't change your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change your order by contacting us through the Help Center.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. If the order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes to it at that time. You can simply refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the returned product, we will automatically refund you.

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionnaly offer support for: Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Shop Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
